  • Ability to travel as needed in your local area
  • Ability and desire to network and implement strong relationships within the community is a plus
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree preferred
  • HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred

More information on "remote" classification of our positions.ย  All Consulting positions with FIT HR will be a combination of working remotely from your home and approximately 20-25% of your time working onsite at your clients' location.ย  This balance of remote / onsite will vary by client assignment.
