Job Summary:
IntelliPro is a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions, and they are seeking a Developer Advocate. The role involves creating technical content, engaging with the developer community, and enhancing the operational aspects of the developer advocacy program.
Responsibilities:
• Develop high-quality technical content (documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and presentations) focused on MLOps workflows, MLOps tools, and the MA OSS platform to educate and engage the global open-source ML community.
• Build and nurture a vibrant external developer and contributor community for the MA OSS project. This includes organizing workshops, hackathons, and educational programs to drive external adoption and community contributions.
• Enhance the operational aspects of the developer advocacy program to align with client high-level business objectives
• Engage with the developer community and internal teams to collect and analyze feedback. Use this data to prioritize feature requests and bug fixes.
• Align developer advocacy initiatives with the priorities of the business and engineering teams.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance to external MA OSS community users and contributors, focusing on MLOps workflows and platform adoption across the entire service development lifecycle.
• Collaborates closely with all levels of the engineering staff to promote best practices, collect feedback, and adjust strategies to align with both technological advancements and business objectives.

Required:
• Experience in content creation, specifically developing high-quality technical content (documentation, tutorials, blog posts, and presentations) focused on MLOps workflows, MLOps tools, and the MA OSS platform.
• Ability to build and nurture a vibrant external developer and contributor community for the MA OSS project.
• Experience in organizing workshops, hackathons, and educational programs to drive external adoption and community contributions.
• Enhancing operational aspects of the developer advocacy program to align with client high-level business objectives.
• Engaging with the developer community and internal teams to collect and analyze feedback.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting guidance to external MA OSS community users and contributors.
• Collaborating closely with all levels of the engineering staff to promote best practices and adjust strategies.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Kubernetes, K8s, Docker, Open Source, Python, Linux, and Machine Learning.
• DevOps-minded engineer with recent experience touching a terminal or a Kubernetes cluster.
• Active GitHub profile with contributions to ML/AI projects.
• Experience as a Technical Founder or similar role.
• Comfortable writing a technical tutorial and networking at events.
• Willingness to work 'split shifts' to attend local evening events.
