Description:
  • Deploy and configure JIRA as the centralized ticketing system for tracking task assignments, deliverables, and performance metrics.

Job Requirements
Experience:
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to configure, manage, and optimize JIRA as the primary ticketing system for Work Order tracking and workflow automation.
  • Personnel must be proficient in JIRA administration, workflow development, permission management, and integrations with DevOps tools.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills are required to support issue resolution and system performance enhancements.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in configuring JIRA workflows, managing issue tracking systems, and integrating JIRA with GitLab, Confluence, or other DevOps tools.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, dashboard customization, and service-level agreement (SLA) monitoring is required.

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in JIRA administration.
  • Desirable but not required certifications include Atlassian Certified JIRA Administrator or ITIL Foundation Certification.

Security clearance:
  • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a clearance
