Job Summary:
MDAEdge is a company specializing in project management and software solutions, and they are seeking a Jira Developer with extensive experience in managing Jira Software and ITSM projects. The role involves supporting and enhancing the Atlassian Jira Cloud environment, designing workflows, and creating custom integrations.
Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance the **Atlassian Jira Cloud environment**.
• Maintain, optimize, and expand **Jira Software** and **Jira ITSM** projects.
• Design, configure, and manage Jira projects, workflows, automations, and permissions.
• Develop and refine **JQL queries** to support reporting and business operations.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver scalable Jira solutions.
• Create custom integrations and enhancements using **Jira REST APIs and scripting**.
• Work with key plugins such as **ScriptRunner, JMWE, Email This Issue, and Extension for Jira Service Desk**.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of experience managing Jira Software and Jira ITSM projects, including workflows, permissions, and automations.
