Remote JavaScript developers often encounter challenges such as coordinating with distributed teams across different time zones, maintaining clear communication, and staying aligned with project requirements. To manage these challenges, it’s important to leverage collaboration tools (like Slack, Jira, and GitHub), participate in regular virtual meetings, and establish clear documentation and coding standards. Proactively seeking feedback and staying engaged with the team can also help ensure smooth progress and reduce misunderstandings, making remote collaboration more productive and enjoyable.
