Location: Dearborn, MI (Hybrid)

JD:

Experience Required:

  • 8+ years of experience with Atlassian suite of tools, primarily JIRA, JSM, JWM and Confluence both from configuration standpoint and customization aspect
  • Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack
  • Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
  • Expert in the implementation of Atlassian Plugins
  • Experience in JIRA performance tuning, database optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with JIRA analytics is a plus

Skills Preferred:

  • 3+ years of software development experience using Java and web-based architectures and technologies (XML, JSON)
  • Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript, JSP, SQL, Python and other programming languages
  • 5+ years of experience with Agile software development
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in defining strategy, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate closely with different working streams, architects and engineers
  • Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and get things done in a rapidly changing environment
