▶︎ Position Overview
Our client is seeking a client-facing Solutions Engineer with hands-on software development experience to support solution design, pre-sales activities, and project delivery. The role involves working closely with clients to understand requirements, design practical technical solutions, and support implementation. This position requires real-world development experience and is exclusively open to current or former developers.
▶︎ Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
• Understand client needs and business challenges
• Propose practical technical solutions
• Support preparation of proposals, demos, and effort estimates
Solution Design
• Lead requirement gathering and business analysis
• Design scalable and implementable system architectures
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Delivery Support
• Work with development teams to ensure successful delivery
• Review technical designs and assess feasibility
• Support UAT and go-live activities
Technical Involvement
• Apply hands-on development experience to validate solutions
• Support prototyping, troubleshooting, and technical decisions
▶︎ Qualifications
• 1–3+ years of hands-on software development experience from scratch
• Experience across the full system development lifecycle (design, development, testing, deployment)
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in client-facing or customer-facing roles
• Experience preparing proposals and effort estimates
• Development experience with Python or .NET
Technical Scope
• Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Azure
• SQL and database technologies (Microsoft SQL Server preferred)
