The work culture in a Japanese office is often characterized by formal etiquette, teamwork, and a strong emphasis on hierarchy and respect. Employees are usually expected to adhere to punctuality, dress codes, and company-specific customs. Japanese offices may also incorporate unique practices like morning meetings and group decision-making processes.
