What is a Japanese Support?

Japanese Support jobs typically involve assisting customers, clients, or internal teams using the Japanese language. These roles may include responsibilities such as answering inquiries, translating documents, troubleshooting technical issues, or providing general customer service support. Japanese Support professionals are often required in multinational companies, call centers, or IT firms that deal with Japanese-speaking clients. Strong proficiency in both Japanese and another working language (often English) is usually essential.
