An Associate position in the Institutional Relationship Management Department is responsible for assisting the Relationship Manager and other members of the Sales and Relationship Management Teams dedicated to Japan sub\- advisory and pension clients and prospects.<\/span>

Major Responsibilities\/Activities<\/span><\/b>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assist with preparation for client meetings, reporting and conference calls<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Gathering portfolio data and information<\/span>
<\/p>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Completing custom client reports<\/span>
<\/p>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Completing client questionnaires<\/span>

Minimum Requirements<\/span><\/b>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able to speak, read and write English and Japanese with fluency<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>1 \- 3+ years of related experience <\/span><\/span>preferred<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Skilled use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, <\/span><\/span>Bloomberg<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and <\/span><\/span>Japanese<\/span>

           <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Must be able and willing to work in a team oriented <\/span><\/span>environment<\/span>
