Location: Gardena, CA (Hybrid โ€“ 2โ€“3 days in office)

Employment Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt

Compensation: $55,000 โ€“ $70,000 (depending on experience)

We are a Japanese accounting firm seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Accounting or Tax Staff (Entry Level) to join our team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career candidates who are interested in building a career in accounting and/or tax.

Responsibilities

Support accounting and/or tax-related services for clients

Assist with data entry, bookkeeping, and general ledger tasks

Support preparation of financial statements and reports

Assist with tax preparation and related documentation

Communicate with team members and support daily operations

Maintain accurate records and ensure data accuracy

Qualifications

No prior experience required

Accounting major or relevant academic background preferred

Strong interest in accounting and/or tax field

Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
