About the Role:
JSS Enterprises Inc is looking for a motivated and friendly Customer Service Agent to join our growing team in Bloomingdale, IL! In this role, you'll be the face of our company — building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional experience to every customer you interact with. Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on first-contact resolution
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service recommendations
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude in all customer interactions
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or ticketing software
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus

  • The position is for second shift 2-10pm and requires working on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
