Preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• At least 4years of experience in Genesys 8.x version for call routing and reporting purposes Skills
• Experience on working on Java/Websphere based custom application for IVR
• Avaya Experience Portal
• NICE call recorder
• NICE IEX work force management
• At least 2 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Analytical and Communication skills

• Experience with project management
Qualifications
Qualifications Basic:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 7 years of experience with IT Development
