Job Description



  • Experience with functional testing automation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python) and with API test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman)

  • Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the following tools: Gradle, Maven, Git, Bit bucket, JIRA, Confluence, qTest, JMeter/Load Runner

  • Strong knowledge of contact center operations, digital banking workflows, and backend banking systems.

  • Proficient in testing IVR, Live Chat, Web and Mobile applications.

  • Experience with enterprise tools such as CCaaS, Operations Desktop, and Admin Tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to trace defects across multiple systems.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).

  • Understanding of UAT best practices, test data management, and end-user validation processes.
