Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Technical Support professional to join our team in Spring, TX. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to and resolve IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications.
  • Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment and software.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on IT best practices and software usage.
  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Qualifications
