Job description

Description

The primary responsibility of the position will be to act as the tier one helpdesk technician for the entire organization. They will see a variety of tickets come in with the majority of those being password reset requests. They may also resolve issues with Office 365, Active Directory or the "blue screen of death". On average this technician will take 20 tickets /day via email and phone support. They will work hand in hand with other technicians and engineers to work on projects and resolve technical issues.

A hard requirement for this role is to have experience with programming in school, side projects, etc. They are looking to bring someone on who is interested in the programming space to eventually become a programmer. They will train this person on the help desk, then once they are up to speed, they will have you take training courses on programming and promote you within 1-1.5 years.

This role will be onsite Monday to Friday 8-5pm
