This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping others, and working with a variety of technologies in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and takes ownership of issues from start to finish.
Position Summary
The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level technical support for end users across our logistics, warehouse, and office operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service through onsite and remote support.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple requests while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
What You'll Do
  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, mobile device, and printer issues
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, tablets, mobile devices, and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents while escalating complex issues when needed
  • Support employee onboarding through device setup, imaging, and system access configuration
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support tickets, assets, and system changes
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Windows environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of networking concepts preferred
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications preferred
