We are looking for an IT recruiter/Junior associate for our company. This is for our onsite Buckhead HQ location.
- Position: IT Recruiter - Junior Associates
- Job Type: Full-time
- Location: Buckhead Tower, Atlanta, GA 30326
Looking for young and dynamic college graduates who passed out recently, with 2-3 years of professional experience.
Responsibilities:
- Get involved in the complete recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding.
- Proficient in using Job Boards like Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Google, Free Job Sites etc. to source Candidates.
- Upload resumes to the ATS, conduct phone screening, and coordinate with Account managers.
Qualifications

- Computer Savvy, MS Suite, GSuite, etc.
- Good English Speaking and Writing Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies, new processes
- Strong decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related work.
