IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are working with a client seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager for a full-time, direct hire opportunity. This is a fully remote position open to candidates across the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure
  • Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Communicate project status clearly and consistently to all stakeholders
  • Drive accountability across team members to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives where applicable

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience managing IT projects
  • Strong command of project management methodologies — Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
