Job description

IT PROJECT MANAGER - Plan, initiate, and manage information technology (IT) projects. Lead and guide the work of technical staff. Define project scope, deliverables, procurement processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and update security policies and standards to stay ahead of regulatory. Proven track record in leading end-to-end project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects. Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage. Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met. Responsible for overseeing all aspects of any project in a company's IT department, which includes managing a team of employees to ensure projects are completed on time and within their specified budgets. Setting project goals and coming up with plans to meet those goals. Maintaining project timeframes, budgeting estimates and status reports. Managing resources for projects, such as computer equipment and employees. Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities. Implementing IT strategies that deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Using project management tools to track project performance and schedule adherence. Conducting risk assessments for projects. Organizing meetings to discuss project goals and progress.
