Your skills
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centers, and enterprise-level projects).
  • Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
  • Available to work a rotational 24/7 on-call; scheduled shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
  • This role is an Hourly Non- Exempt position with a targeted hourly range of $26 - $28 USD, based on experience and skillsets.
  • Must possess a valid REAL ID-compliant identification at the time of hire as required for federal customer site access.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.

Your tasks
Hemmersbach is seeking a customer-focused Field Technician to deliver onsite and remote IT support for enterprise and consumer clients. The role includes installing, upgrading, repairing, and maintaining PCs, printers, servers, and data center equipment. The ideal candidate has experience with hardware support, networking, and HP server environments, and provides high-quality customer service while representing the company at client sites.
