Job Responsibilities and Functions:  

• Participate in the design of solutions with our sales and engineering teams.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of second and third level problems(issues) for end-users including: workstations, laptops, terminal services, end-user software and hardware, network and VPN connectivity, the Internet.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve a wide range of second and third level problems(issues) for client systems, server services, server drive space, server error messages for escalation, etc.

• Set up, maintain, and manage client Windows Server environments.

• Set up, maintain, and manage client cloud environments.

• Set up, maintain, and manage client network environments.

• Create and maintain client-related documentation.

• Be an advocate for your customer’s needs.

• Manage customer’s expectations and timelines.

• Take part in an on-call rotation.

Requirements—some combination of: 

• Ability to build out multiple versions of Windows server from scratch and support it. 

• Hands-on experience with designing, deploying, and supporting virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and AWS).

• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting SAN solutions. 

• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting VOIP phone solutions.

• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting firewalls, switches, and managed wireless solutions.  

• Experience with cloud computing solutions such as Office365, Azure, and AWS.

• Significant experience with Exchange, terminal servers, anti-virus solutions, backup software solutions, Office 365, security solutions, and VoIP phone systems.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $42.00/hr.
