The HDR IT Program Manager is responsible for leading one or more complex, cross‑functional programs composed of multiple interdependent projects. This role ensures alignment between technology delivery, business strategy, financial stewardship, and measurable outcomes. The IT Program Manager operates with significant autonomy, influences senior leaders, and drives consistent execution, governance, and value realization across the program lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple related projects as an integrated program, manage cross‑project dependencies, risks, and resource allocation
  • Provide direct and indirect leadership across multiple project teams, driving shared accountability, execution discipline, and consistent decision‑making. Coach and guide resources within the program
