HOW AN IT MAINTENANCE LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Oversee the repair, maintenance, and lifecycle management of IT assets, ensuring their secure and optimal performance.
  • Perform hands-on technical tasks such as computer reimaging, configuration, software/hardware updates, and proactive system maintenance to minimize downtime and address potential issues.
  • Manage the secure handling and processing of equipment, including preparing devices for required holds in compliance with federal regulations, and coordinating the destruction of non-functional or obsolete equipment.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, problem solving, and desire to provide a great customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Required Experience:Bachelors' Degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
  • Required Technical Skills: Technical support, networking, application support, problem solving.
  • Required Certifications: CompTIA Security+ required within 6 months of start date
  • Security Clearance Level: Active Top Secret with SCI Eligibility
  • Required Skills and Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication, collaborative and adaptable. Must be able to pass a basic English Language assessment test.
  • Location: On Customer Site, Washington, District of Columbia

The likely salary range for this position is $107,744 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
