As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll be keeping apartments move-in ready, completing everyday maintenance tasks, and making sure our residents feel cared for and safe.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Repair and maintain appliances
  • Perform plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance work
  • Maintain and service pool and spa equipment to ensure safety and cleanliness
  • Perform property repairs, including fences, locks, and other security features
  • Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as part of an on-call rotation
  • Complete detail work in units and common areas to ensure they are clean, functional, and move-in ready

What You'll Bring:
High school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
