IT Warehouse Associate | $18.00/hr | 1st Shift | Kings Mountain, NC
United Talent Staffing is hiring an IT Warehouse Associate for a growing technology company in Kings Mountain, NC! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with technology, inventory, and shipping while providing excellent customer service. If you have experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, or retail inventory management, this could be a great fit!
Shift & Pay

  • Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Temp-to-Hire: Eligible for hire after 520 hours
Job Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and prepare laptops, batteries, computer accessories, and other IT equipment for shipment
  • Operate a pallet jack to move inventory throughout the warehouse
  • Receive, organize, stock, and restock inventory using a FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using company computer systems
  • Process orders and update inventory using various software applications
  • Assist in shipping and receiving operations
  • Ensure orders are accurate and packaged securely for remote employees
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional warehouse environment
  • Provide professional customer service to remote employees and occasional in-person visitors
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or logistics experience preferred
  • Comfortable using computers throughout the workday
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and customer service skills
  • Experience using inventory management systems is a plus
  • Ability to safely lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift
