Job description

About Doneboard:Doneboard is a fast-growing, tech-enabled logistics provider specializing in IT Asset Management. We partner with major enterprise platforms to handle the physical logistics of corporate devices-receiving, wiping, configuring, cleaning, and shipping hardware for companies nationwide. We are launching a newly redesigned, high-velocity facility in Clovis and are looking for detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse team.
The Role:As an IT Logistics Specialist, you are the crucial first step in our hardware intake process. You will be responsible for securely receiving, unboxing, physically assessing, and detailing enterprise IT assets. You will work closely with our technical team to keep our continuous-flow processing lanes fed and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive & Triage: Unbox incoming shipments, perform rapid physical health checks (identifying screen or chassis damage), and log devices into our proprietary inventory management system.
  • Device Detailing: Perform thorough physical cleaning and detailing of hardware using specialized, safe-handling protocols.
  • Workflow Support: Stage devices on technical benches and assist in physically connecting units to our automated provisioning infrastructure.
  • Stocking: Accurately scan completed devices and route them into designated secure inventory locations.
  • Quality Control: Maintain a clean, highly organized, and secure warehouse environment, ensuring zero mishandling of data-sensitive equipment.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • High attention to detail-you will be handling expensive, sensitive enterprise equipment daily.
  • Comfortable using tablet-based interfaces to scan barcodes and navigate inventory software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured, metric-driven operational environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive hand motions (cleaning/unboxing), and lift/move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.

Equal Opportunity Employer:Doneboard is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All employment decisions are based on business needs, job requirements, and individual qualifications, without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.
