POSITION DETAILS:

Were looking for an IT Delivery Manager to join our Business Applications team. In this role, youll lead the delivery of key technology initiatives that support our operations and ultimately help us better serve children and families.

Youll partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned to business needs, and set up for long-term success.

What you will do:

  • Lead the delivery of IT projects and enhancements within the Business Applications team, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards

  • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success measures

  • Coordinate internal teams, development partners, and vendors to manage project workstreams and dependencies

  • Oversee project lifecycle activities, including planning, requirements validation, testing coordination, implementation, and post-go-live support

  • Monitor project risks and issues, escalate as appropriate, and support mitigation planning

  • Facilitate Agile events, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to maintain delivery momentum and team alignment

REQUIREMENTS

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Experience in healthcare IT strongly preferred; familiarity with home health, hospice, or pediatric care settings is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with EHR platforms (Brightree, Kantime, or Caretend experience highly desirable).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, or equivalent enterprise BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog and project tracking.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong product thinking: ability to balance user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform prioritization and measure product outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern product delivery practices.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, HL7/FHIR) preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or equivalent product management certification
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification
  • Microsoft Power BI or Fabric certifications a plus

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children.
