Schneider is seeking a Master Enterprise Architect in Green Bay to oversee Schneider's future-state enterprise architecture, technology strategy and roadmaps to ensure technology investments align with business objectives The Master Enterprise Architect will provide architectural leadership regarding data, applications, platforms, infrastructure, analytics, automation and emerging technologies to deliver secure, scalable and business-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise data architecture and information governance strategy, establishing standards, guardrails, and lifecycle practices that align information assets with business priorities.
  • Enable enterprise AI capabilities by advancing data architecture, governance, quality and accessibility practices that provide reliable, secure and well-structured data foundations for AI, analytics, automation and emerging technology solutions.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps that align business strategy, capabilities, applications, data, infrastructure and emerging technologies while influencing executive planning and technology investment decisions.
  • Partner across business and technology organizations to align strategic objectives, business capabilities, technology solutions and architectural investments with enterprise priorities.
  • Define enterprise architecture standards, reference architectures, technology lifecycles and governance practices that guide technology adoption and advancement toward Schneider's target-state architecture.
  • Evaluate application, platform and technology portfolios to ensure alignment with business priorities, architectural principles, industry trends and future-state roadmaps through collaboration across architecture disciplines and teams.
  • Serve as a recognized technology leader and trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization while mentoring architects and technical teams on enterprise architecture practices and emerging technologies.
  • Analyze various courses of action and make recommendations.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
  • A minimum of 12 years of information technology experience.
  • Experience with enterprise data architecture, data governance frameworks, master data management, analytics platforms, AI/ML ecosystems and information lifecycle management.
  • Able to influence executives, business leaders and technical stakeholders to achieve consensus on enterprise strategy and architectural direction.
  • Expert knowledge of modeling in multiple domains (database, infrastructure, information management and business processes).
  • Advanced architectural skills, including the ability to formulate and execute pragmatic solutions to complex and unique problems.
  • Knowledgeable about IT governance and operations.
  • Knowledgeable about financial modeling as it pertains to IT costs and investments.
  • Experience in projects using multiple methodologies.
  • Able to develop strategies and direction for business solutions using multiple technologies.
  • Able to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed to support project deliverables and leadership needs.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills with a desire to continuously improve and embrace change.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills including collaboration, negotiation, leading through influence and facilitation.
  • Strong project and program management skills.
