Responsibilities:

• develops, implements, and continuously improves project management frameworks, processes, and best practices tailored to the IT organization’s needs

• ensuring that projects are completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget
• maintaining the highest quality standards and aligning with strategic business objectives
• proactively identifying potential challenges

Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent experience).
• Five (5) years of proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) required.
• Familiarity with change management principles and tools required.
Preferred:
• 10+ years of proven experience in IT project management.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
