Job Title: IT Asset Management Contractor II
Duties: This role will focus on asset intake, tracking, reconciliation, and general asset management support, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and Excel-based analysis.
Key Responsibilities
•       Support Anthology asset intake and ongoing asset management activities
•       Track, update, and maintain asset records with a high degree of accuracy
•       Perform software licensing reconciliation, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution
•       Analyse and manage asset data using Excel (e.g., tracking, reporting, reconciliation)
•       Provide general asset management and administrative support as needed
•       Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure assets are properly documented and aligned with project needs
Skills: Required Skills & Experience
•       Prior experience in asset management (IT, software, or related asset tracking preferred)
•       Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, data analysis, reconciliation)
•       High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
•       Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
•       Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
•       Experience with software licensing and compliance tracking
