Job description

Job Title: Training Coordinator
Schedule: 5/2

Location: Gray, Louisiana (Danos Headquarters)
Job Summary:
The Training Coordinator assists in planning, coordinating, and directing compliance training programs for field employees. This role ensures employees are properly scheduled, tracked, and supported in meeting all required compliance standards.


  • Communicate with new hires and existing field employees to schedule and ensure completion of required compliance training
  • Manage entries and maintain accuracy within compliance training tracking systems
  • Assist in maintaining the corporate database with current compliance requirements
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for field employees attending training, including lodging and mileage tracking
  • Manage DOT OQ reports within the ISN database

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Previous experience with training or compliance databases (such as ISNetworld) preferred
