Our system and services bridge contractors and hiring clients centralizing compliance operations across systems such as ISNetworld, Avetta,Veriforce, DISA, and other fragmented compliance environments. We help organizations reduce administrative burden, improve workforce visibility, and simplify the operational complexity surrounding contractor compliance and work readiness.

Job Summary:

SafetyServicesCompanyisseekinga high-performingEnterpriseAccountExecutivetohelpexpandstrategicrelationshipsacrosslargecontractors, industrialorganizations,energycompanies,constructionfirms,andenterprisehiringclientsnationwide.

Thisroleisfocusedonhelpingorganizationssimplifycontractorcompliance,workforcereadiness,andoperationalvisibilityacrossincreasinglycomplexcomplianceenvironments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage enterprise-level relationships across strategic accounts

  • Build trusted relationships with executives, operations leaders, safety leaders, procurement teams, and compliance stakeholders

  • Lead discovery and solution discussions surrounding contractor compliance and workforce management operations

  • Identifyopportunities to support clients across multiple operational areas and business units

  • Coordinate internally across operations, product, leadership, and client support teams

  • Navigate complex organizational environments and long-term initiatives

  • Present tailored operational solutions aligned to client needs

  • Maintainaccuratepipeline activity and account forecasting

  • Represent Safety Services Company professionally at industry meetings, conferences, and executive engagements

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts within construction, industrial, energy, staffing,logistics, manufacturing, or related industries

  • Strong executive presence and communication skills

  • Experience managing complex business relationships involving multiple stakeholders

  • Ability tooperateindependently while collaborating cross-functionally

  • Consultative mindset with strong operational awareness

  • Comfortable discussing workforce compliance, contractor operations, risk management, or enterprise process improvement

  • High accountability, self-discipline, and follow-through

  • CRM discipline and organizational consistencyrequired

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld, Avetta,Veriforce, DISA, NCMS, or related ecosystems

  • Existing relationships within industrial or enterprise contractor environments

  • Experience supporting operational infrastructure, enterprise services, SaaS, or compliance-related solutions

  • Background working with Fortune 1000 or large regional organizations

  • Ability tocollaborate andcommunicate effectively with internal teams and externalpartners/customers

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
