Job description

The Position: The Advanced Product Coordinator facilitates the change management process for updates made to ISN's applications and technologies, including ISNetworld - our database for online contractor safety management, and Empower - our mobile application which helps workers stay informed of ISN Hiring Client requirements and take action from wherever the job takes them. The position exposes individuals to the complete Software Development Life Cycle.

Who should apply?

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Product Coordinator or Product Owner
  • Experience working on consumer facing products, preferably for B2B SaaS applications
  • Experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in Agile Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Identify areas of opportunity for ISNetworld and Empower assigned products that align with ISN's business strategy and allow for future advancement and expansion of usage
  • Manage the backlogs in Azure DevOps throughout the development cycle, adjusting priorities based on reprioritization or changing business goals.
  • Facilitate communication and lead meetings between UX designers, developers, ISN leadership, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone understands user needs and design decisions
  • Assist technical teams in breaking down work for Sprints, developing project milestones and ensuring roadmap and priority timelines are met
  • Liaise with Business Analysts to develop User Acceptance Criteria for User Stories
  • Effectively leverage approved AI-powered tools and automation to enhance productivity across daily work activities and applicable Software Development Life Cycle elements -such as requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and /or operations.

Onsite Requirements:

  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area. 
  • In-person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week after the 5 week in-person training during the first 90 days of employment.
  • After 90-day review, in-person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.). 

Training: ~5 week in-person training focusing on ISNetworld functionality followed by our PO-specific training virtually
