Job description

As a member of ISN’s Product Development team, the Senior Software Developer will develop front end web pages and behind‑the‑scenes database of ISNetworld.

Who should apply?
  • 6+ years of experience in developing cloud‑native applications and API development using .NET and .NET Core
  • 3+ years of experience in .NET Core/.NET 5
  • 2+ years of experience in Azure Cloud platform
  • Experience within enterprise‑level clients, preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Experience in implementing RESTful webservices and SOAP services in cloud
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
  • Scale applications, make architectural trade‑offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, write code, and deliver with speediness and quality
  • Produce high quality software that is unit tested, code reviewed, and checked in regularly
  • Develop and design database objects, such as tables, stored procedures, functions, etc.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud computing concepts and technologies, such as IaaS/SaaS/PaaS, load balancing
  • Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
  • Effectively leverage approved AI‑powered tools and automation to enhance productivity across daily work activities and applicable Software Development Life Cycle elements — such as requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and /or operations.
  • Employees must be within a commutable distance to the Dallas, TX office. Relocation is required for candidates not already local to the DFW area.
  • In‑person attendance is required at minimum 2 days per week during the first 90 days of employment.
  • After 90‑day review, in‑person attendance is required at minimum 1 day per month and required for certain meetings and tasks (collaboration with stakeholders and customers, team collaboration day, ISN events, team events, performance reviews, etc.).
