About the Role: 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a primary contact for clients enrolled in our tax relief programs. You will help guide them through the process by providing updates, collecting documents, answering questions, and ensuring their case moves forward smoothly.
You will work closely with Case Managers and internal departments to create a positive client experience from start to finish.
Important: This is a 100% in-office role at our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA.
Compensation: 
  • $17.00 – $23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Full-time position (40–50 hours per week)

What You'll Do: 
Client Communication: 
  • Handle inbound and outbound client calls
  • Provide updates and explain next steps clearly
  • Follow up by phone, email, and text for documents or information
  • Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM
  • Escalate complex situations to the appropriate department
Document Coordination: 
  • Request and review tax documents from clients
  • Verify documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure compliance requirements are met
  • Follow up on missing paperwork to keep cases moving forward
Administrative Support: 
  • Work closely with Case Managers on active client files
  • Organize case notes, follow-ups, and documentation
  • Help maintain a smooth process from onboarding through resolution

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional phone presence and customer service mindset
