At Hyve Solutions, we partner with some of the world's leading technology companies to deliver scalable infrastructure and operational excellence. We're looking for a Customer-Facing Project Manager to lead high-impact customer engagements from onboarding through delivery.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison between Hyve and our customers, ensuring a seamless experience from initial integration to steady-state operations. You'll work cross-functionally across Sales, Engineering, IT, and Operations to translate customer needs into successful delivery outcomes.
What You'll Do
Own the Customer Experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and project delivery
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure clear communication, alignment, and confidence
  • Lead customer-facing meetings including onboarding, status updates, and executive reviews
  • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations

Drive Project Delivery
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to customer and business goals
  • Lead projects across relevant phases, including discovery, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization based on scope and complexity
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery

Translate Customer Needs into Action
  • Lead discovery sessions to define business, technical, and operational requirements
  • Convert customer requirements into actionable plans and aligned internal execution
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Hyve's capabilities

Ensure Readiness & Execution
  • Validate that all key inputs are in place, including data, integrations, and operational readiness
  • Identify and resolve gaps that may impact timelines or delivery quality

Lead Governance & Decision-Making
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
  • Drive alignment on priorities, trade-offs, and delivery plans
  • Ensure customer requirements are clearly defined, validated, and feasible before execution

Support Successful Launch & Stabilization
  • Lead go-live readiness and transition to operations
  • Support post-launch stabilization and ensure customer success

Improve & Scale
  • Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve delivery processes
  • Contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of project management experience in customer-facing environments (technology, manufacturing, or operations preferred)
  • Experience managing customer relationships, including executive stakeholders
  • Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus
