Entry Level Client Representative (Customer-Facing)

Entry Level Position in Chicago - Little to No Experience Required - Training Provided

Here in Chicago, Elevation specializes in client contracts with big name companies and partners with them to help increase their customer base on a local level. Our area of expertise is in forging connections and relationships with our customers the “human” way! We find great success in face-to-face communication rather than the typical platforms of direct sales.

We have an opening for an Entry Level Client Representative to join our sales and marketing team. This is for direct hire with Elevation. The ideal candidate will have access to top-notch methods, technology, and training to help them be successful working with any of the clients in our portfolio. The ideal candidate is hard-working, enjoys human interaction, likes to have fun, and has an eagerness to climb the corporate ladder!

Our mission is to train someone in our sales and marketing division and move them up into a leadership role towards management.

Primary Responsibilities of the Entry Level Client Representative:

· Meet with customers within the Greater Chicago area using the leads our clients provide

· Conduct sales presentations on behalf of our clients

· Build a rapport with your customers and build brand recognition

· Learn basic systems and best practices to be successful

Requirements:

· 0-5 years of experience in a customer-based role; working/engaging with people (ie restaurant, retail, hospitality, etc)

· Leadership experience

· Great interpersonal and communication skills

· Thrives in a team environment, but can work independently, too!

· Motivated to advance

· Extremely reliable
