Job description

Pharmacy Picker / Packer

Location: Jeffersonville, IN

Schedule: Full-Time | 8–10 Hour Shifts

Are you working in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or production role and looking for something more stable with long-term growth? This is a great opportunity to transfer your skills into healthcare—without dealing with customers.

We’re hiring Pharmacy Picker/Packers to work in a highly automated facility. This role is very similar to warehouse picking/packing, focusing on speed, accuracy, and hitting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick and fill prescription orders (similar to order picking/packing)
  • Fill vials with pills, capsules, and some liquids
  • Scan labels and products for accuracy
  • Follow instructions using computer systems
  • Replenish automated machines
  • Pack and process outgoing shipments

Production expectations range from 100–365 vials per hour, depending on the line.


Qualifications:
  • Experience in warehouse, fulfillment, or production environments preferred
  • Comfortable standing for 8–10 hours
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quotas
  • Pharmacy Technician license (or willingness to obtain)
    • Can be completed online with Actalent support
  • Indiana Pharmacy Tech license required upon permanent hire
  • Training license accepted for Jeffersonville

Work Environment & Benefits:

  • Two paid 15-minute breaks daily
  • Upon permanent hire:
    • 40 hours emergency PTO

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.95 - $18.95/hr.
