Come join the Traylor Construction Group! Sterling Industrial LLC., is currently looking for a Field Administrator to join the Accounting team!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
The Field Administrator is responsible for the collection and entry of all hours, for both personnel and equipment on-site. They support the project team through the utilization of job cost reporting, manpower reports, and administrative duties as well as interact with the owner to ensure timeliness and accuracy of data:• Process new hire paperwork to ensure timeliness of employee setup
• Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments per site requirements
• Run daily/weekly reports for both internal and external customers
• Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing data
• Create and maintain crew sheets for job supervision
• Reconcile timesheets to T&M billing reports
• Assist in the purchasing process, i.e. PO creation, receiving, and invoice processing
• Perform other related duties and project work as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience
This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work within timelines. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate with multiple levels of management. Some other requirements are:
• 2 or more years of data entry experience
• Experience with union payroll is preferred
• Must be able and willing to travel to various job sites as required, including extended or long-term travel assignments
