Indy CDJR is currently hiring clerical and office personnel to support our dealership’s accounting and administrative operations. We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented professionals who understand the pace and structure of a car dealership environment.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

These roles support the dealership’s accounting, office, and administrative departments. Prior automotive dealership experience is strongly preferred, but motivated candidates with strong clerical skills are encouraged to apply.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

Maintain accurate clerical and accounting records
Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
Vendor statement review and reconciliation
Data entry, filing, and document management
Invoice processing and payment tracking
Assisting with monthly accounting close
Handling internal and external communications professionally
Supporting office management and special projects as assigned
