To thrive as an Inventory Manager, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a background in supply chain management or logistics, often supported by a relevant degree or certification. Familiarity with inventory management software (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and data analysis tools is typically required. Excellent organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and effective communication help you coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
