Job description

Our team in Boulder, CO is seeking a full-time Inventory Control Specialist. This position will focus on receiving and distributing materials for studies and business operations and will report to the Inventory and Logistics Supervisor and support the growing department.
*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. This is a non-exempt role paying $24-$29/hour and can adjust along with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experience and/or education level.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive and distribute incoming materials for studies and business operations
  • Greeting vendors for delivery and pick of materials
  • Evaluate and record accurate quality, quantity, and type of active study materials
  • Coordinate with clients on the allocation and efflux of completed study materials
  • Label, box, and ship study materials
  • Scan and file project paperwork
  • Organize and manage departmental electronic documentation
  • Assists in the maintenance of the organizational system of study materials within the company
  • Attend in-services and meetings as required
  • Complete all assigned training
  • Performing other similar or related duties as required or as directed

Working Conditions:
  • May involve typical office environment and a laboratory setting with potential direct exposure to/handling of laboratory animals
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis

Minimum Education / Experience Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor of Science preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft suite required
  • 1 year of office and/or inventory management experience preferred
