Responsibilities:
- Conduct cycle counts of inventory.
- Research and address variances, adjusting as needed.
- Ensure accurate bin locations and inventory levels.
- Organize and maintain inventory for efficient picking and put-away.
- Assist warehouse personnel across branches in locating items and resolving inventory issues.
- Monitor and process Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) following company policy.
- Handle scratch and dent inventory promptly.
- Review security camera footage to investigate inventory errors and security concerns.
- Review inventory discrepancies, zero/short picks, and inventory adjustments.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers.
- Ability to read and interpret various reports to identify action items.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Data entry proficiency.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and applications.
- Familiarity with RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Excel and Outlook proficiency.
- Experience with WMS and ERP systems (Latitude Knowledge Preferred).
- Ability to read and understand item numbers and bin locations.
- Effective teamwork and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with receiving and shipping operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles.
- Emphasis on bin accuracy and overall inventory accuracy.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of Windows applications and computer literacy.
Compensation is $22-$24 an hour, depending on experience.

- Must be able to handle physical requirements, including but not limited to bending, stretching, twisting and lifting up to 40 pounds
