About the Role
As an Inventory Control Clerk, you'll be on the front lines, managing the flow of parts and materials that fuel our mission to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. This isn't just about counting parts; it's about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a high-speed, dynamic environment where every component counts. You'll be part of a team that's constantly innovating and improving. You need to be resourceful, self-sufficient, and ready to take ownership of your work. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly engage with our operations and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
  • Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Manage inventory requisition and disposition requests.
  • Work closely with supply chian, production, quality, and engineering teams to support inventory needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Utilize and update our inventory management systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and track incoming materials and parts.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and systems.
  • Proficiency in Office Applications (Microsoft Office or Google Suite).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified.

Preferred Qualifications
  • NetSuite ERP experience.
  • Experience documenting standard operating procedures.
