Job description

What does an Inventory Coordinator do at Swire Coca-Cola? 
The inventory coordinator is responsible for all warehouse inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records in accordance with company policies. This would include, but not limited to, performing a physical count and reconciliation of inventory, investigating and correcting all discovered discrepancies, ensuring all monthly, weekly, and daily Requirements are achieved; and communicating important information regarding the condition, trends, or processes impacting the ability to maintain adequate control of the inventory of all warehouse goods including finished goods, raw materials, and deposit Items with warehouse leadership.

Job Details: 
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1 AM - 9:30 AM 
This role is also eligible for our retention bonus program and Annual Incentive
Pay: $22.14 - $27.35/hr
Job Level: 3
Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile finished goods inventory in SAP, the inventory database, compared to the finished goods inventory that is physically counted
  • Conduct daily cycle counts to research and correct any variances
  • Count and research and correct any variances in inventory
  • Teamwork, in order to ensure all finished goods are completed in a timely manner which does not disrupt production operations or product supply to the Sales Centers and especially to the customers
  • Performs other tasks as determined and assigned by Warehouse Management including Pallet Building when required

Requirements:

  • 1+ years Warehouse and/or inventory experience required
  • Extensive knowledge of all Warehouse Processes and Systems (SAP)
  • Analytical Skills and ability to count
  • Strong PC Skills including Microsoft Office Applications and SharePoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
