Inventory CoordinatorSummary

Join Millennium Print Group as an Inventory Coordinator!

We're looking for a detail-oriented professional to support inventory accuracy and material visibility within our finishing operations. In this role, you'll perform inventory counts, support reconciliation activities, and help maintain efficient production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

Perform daily inventory counts for materials, work-in-process, and finished goods
Validate physical inventory against system records and investigate discrepancies
Support inventory reconciliation and cycle count activities
Maintain accurate inventory documentation and data entry records
Communicate inventory issues and updates to Scheduling and Operations teams
Assist with inventory audits and material tracking processes
Maintain organized work areas and follow all safety procedures

What You'll Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required
1+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing environments preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office experience
