Receiving all deliveries. Accurately record all deliveries into the ERP systems. Assist the Inventory Control Specialist with processing inventory and supporting production.

Essential functions

  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Follow Standard Operational Processes and Inventory Control documentation to perform assigned tasks.
  • Receive all deliveries during business hours (8am - 4:30pm).
  • Confirm packing slip and part label against PO to confirm the correct part(s) and quantities are received.
  • Record the receiving transactions into the MRP system.
  • High attention to quality, counting, and detail.
  • Process incoming inventory.
