Core Focus:

The Warehouse Associate โ€“ 3PL should possess desire to assist the growing organization. Warehouse Associate

will perform various warehouse activities as well as receiving, picking, packing, loading, and unloading product.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Report any discrepancies, as needed
  • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
  • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Process, pack, and ship orders accurately
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager
Requirements:

Required Experience/Abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-3 yearsโ€™ experience working in a warehouse environment preferred
  • Ability to show sound judgment and initiative to accomplish assigned duties/responsibilities without close

supervision.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with other personnel.
  • Basic computer skills including use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Warehouse Management System

Preferred Skills:

  • Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule (16-20 hours per week) as needed to support our business with at least a 48 hour notice
  • Detail oriented
  • Must possess a positive โ€œcan doโ€ attitude
  • Support a workplace culture of โ€œSafety/Quality/Productivityโ€ priorities
  • Learn/adhere to expectations for standard operating procedures & โ€œStop/Call/Waitโ€ methodology
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for walking/standing long periods of time within a large

Warehouse environment

  • Ability to lift or move up to 35 lbs. on a repetitive basis
  • Pick up to 40 units per hour
  • Able to see/speak/hear appropriately in a warehouse environment, supporting a safe workplace
