- Contract Duration: 4 months (possibility to conversion)
- Pay Rate: $20.00-$22.00 / Hour (USD)
- Shift / Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM
- Travel Requirements: Less than 10%

Job Summary The
Warehouse Associate is responsible for helping in all areas of the warehouse, including receiving, order processing, shipping, pulling orders, doing inventory cycle counts, UPS Depot inventory, and more. This is a highly independent role - the associate will be the only warehouse employee in the building most days, with some LA techs present at times, and must be ready to operate alone.
Key ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions - Creates maintenance and T&M sales orders
- Performs general warehouse/stockroom activities, including product receiving, order pulling from stock/depot, packaging and shipping, stock cycle counts, inventory transfers
- Performs same-day shipping
- Replenishes stock for both warehouse and depots
- Performs Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request processing and tracking
- Communicates with ISR's, NAMS and PM's, CSC ops (Techs, C/A, CSC management team)
- Tracks order shipments
- Performs some purchasing for maintenance sales orders
Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities - Operates lift truck or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platform to storage area
- Assists in labeling and packaging
- Assists with freight quotes
- Organizes inventory and warehouse
- Orders warehouse supplies
- Prepares shipper cartons
- Sets up and preps repair orders
- Assists in inventory cycle counts and adjustments

- Note: Position starts in Lexington, MA; as of June 1 the facility relocates to Westford, MA
