Job description

Parallel Employment is looking for dedicated Order Pickers to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items according to order specifications and preparing them for shipment. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and efficiency are key.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pick products based on order tickets and documentation.
  • Ensure orders are complete and accurately packed for delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse area.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely as needed.
  • Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime if required.
