Part-time Days/Evenings 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm, non-benefit eligible
Located at Community Hospital, Munster, Indiana
Job Description:
This role will provide operational support to supply chain operations through the utilization of the ARC Helios inventory management system. The systems technician will troubleshoot, monitor, and resolve inventory status inquiries, perform inventory validation and provide system support to internal partners, as well as assist in the put away of supplies in clinical rooms and designated supply areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School Diploma, college education preferred.
  • One or two years of previous experience in inventory management preferred.
  • Requires high level of adaptability and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of Lean and JIT methodology.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Strong computer skills in order to use inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work in a stressful setting while providing excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively
