Inventory Supervisor - Starting at $45k/annually!

This position is a direct hire opportunity!

Integrity Trade Services is hiring an Inventory Supervisor for our manufacturing client to start immediately starting at $45k/annually! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!

Responsibilities:

The Inventory Supervisor directly oversees up to ten employees and carries out supervisory duties in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; assisting with performance evaluations; addressing employee concerns; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This position also requires participation in spill response, hazardous waste storage and disposal, and other environmentally, health, and safety-sensitive activities, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory, statutory, and customer requirements.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the company’s ERP system.
  • Report operational activities and issues to the Inventory Manager.
  • Coordinate daily work schedules for self and team members.
  • Monitor environmental, health, and safety compliance activities.
  • Support achievement of Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) objectives.
  • Support achievement of Corporate Food Safety Management System (FSMS) objectives.
  • Serve as an ISO QMS and FSMS auditor and participate on the Food Safety Team.
  • Prepare and review operating procedures and required documentation.
  • Train and certify forklift operators.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Prepare corrective and preventive action reports.
  • Maintain and promote strong housekeeping standards.
  • Serve as an ISO internal auditor and member of the Safety Team.
  • Ensure equipment, including forklifts, is inspected and tested per established schedules.
  • Enforce all operational and safety procedures.
  • Oversee inventory operations to ensure efficiency and timely execution of tasks.
  • Ensure cycle counts are completed accurately and updated in the ERP system.
  • Supervise contractors working within warehouse areas as directed by management.
  • Assist with monitoring and coordinating maintenance and repair of warehouse infrastructure.
  • Adhere to all ISO Quality and Food Safety Management System procedures.
  • Demonstrate and uphold ISO Quality and Food Safety standards in daily operations.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to company Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
  • Follow Personal Hygiene Policy and Procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to food-grade product safety standards.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by meeting handling and service requirements.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager.

Schedule/Shift Details: First Shift

  • Overtime as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED, plus at least six months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • Sit-down forklift experience 
  • 6 months of supervisory experience 
  • MS Office proficiency 
  • Hazardous Communication General Awareness
  • Hazmat Training and General Awareness
  • DOT General Awareness
  • HAZWOPER Training (minimum 24 hours)
  • Quality and Food Safety training, including knowledge of corporate policies and procedures applicable to all job functions and team members
  • Product Quality Awareness
  • Food-Grade Product Safety Awareness
  • Confined Space Entry General Awareness
  • Hot Work Permit Awareness
  • Lockout/Tagout Awareness
